MEETING BC’S NEEDS
The BC Strata Property Act, which governs the condominium market here in British Columbia, states that the strata corporation must obtain and maintain property insurance for the full replacement value. By law, it is the fiduciary duty of the strata council to insure their property adequately. However, without the proper knowledge or experience, it is difficult for anyone other than an expert to reach a reliable estimate of value for coverage.
We have two office locations in Vancouver and Kelowna. We service all of the province with staff located across BC. It doesn’t matter if you are in Prince George, Nanaimo, Nelson, or Delta, we travel to every region and remote areas.
