Why Work at Normac

Our head office in Vancouver is centrally-located, close to transit, dog-friendly, and features a stocked fridge (beer too!)

With team members residing across Canada, we have the tools & systems in place that make remote-work easy and and offer a hybrid work model for applicable positions.

We believe strongly in frequent outreach activities that assist charitable and community-based organizations. Some initiatives that we’ve supported in the past include: Pink Shirt Day, sandwich-making for the Downtown Eastside, the Canucks Kids Fund, and Surrey Christmas Bureau’s Adopt-a-Family program.
Our employee-run Social Committee arranges several fun activities throughout the year (both in-person and virtual).
We encourage our permanent employees to advance their career with Normac and enroll in courses, designations, or degree programs through our education allowance.
We aim to create a culture of recognition in which regular kudos is provided by all team members to fellow team members. Two winners are selected quarterly, based on nominations for demonstrating going above & beyond job duties or consistently linking behaviour to our vision, mission, and core values.
