Our condominium board contracted Normac to conduct our reserve fund study in the Spring of 2017.Through the on-site visits and surveys, their team thoroughly captured the site, safety & security, interior, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical components of our building. This was transformed into a 94-page report, discussed with the board of directors, fine-tuned, and eventually presented in person by Alfred Lam to the 62 owners outlining three optional methods for funding.
We received many positive comments from the condo owners in attendance. The thoroughness of the report was an asset in helping us make a decision on funding.
